On the sidelines on his meeting with his Saudi counterpart, Pir-Hossein Koulivand said that both sides agreed that Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) provide an ambulance to the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) to dispatch Iranian pilgrims who should immediately return to Iran due to their health conditions to Jeddah and from Jeddah to Iran.
He added that, moreover, it was agreed for traffic facilitating of Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) ambulances in Saudi Arabia and welfare of Iranian pilgrims with all the exemptions and features to that of Saudi ambulances, and special transportation facility for Iranian ambulances of the Red Crescent Society.
Heads of the Iranian Red Crescent Society added that another issue discussed and agreed upon in this meeting was the presence and deployment of Iranian physicians in Saudi hospitals during Hajj.
